Author’s Readme

Just two simple high score based games. In dodger dodge the incoming marbles, the game will get progressively harder the longer you play it. In Collector collect as many marbles as possible in 60 seconds. The game will record your highscores. Click one of the play buttons to save them.

Judge’s Comments

Michael: This one gets bonus points for including two game variants, the only title in the competition that did. The games are both fun, but very easy and very basic. In the Dodger and Collector both it would have been nicer to see faster and more numerous dots.

Chris: Simple mechanic, maybe a bit too easy because it seemed to lack any kind of speeding up over time. Impressive way of getting two game modes by swapping player goals.

Panayoti: I enjoyed the clever use of similar mechanics to eke two gameplay modes out of a single engine. I didn’t love the visual style, particularly the gray background, but the gameplay failed to hook me.
